Sara Bradley

Sara has worked as a nurse, a health visitor and a manager in a variety of hospital and primary care settings. She has held a number of senior managerial positions in Mental Health and Primary Care Trusts. As Deputy Chief Executive and Executive Lead Nurse she was a member of a PCT Executive Team and Trust Board in Sheffield for 7 years. Sara has several years experience as Clinical Governance Lead establishing robust clinical governance systems and monitoring arrangements including the establishment of a framework to address clinical underperformance for independent contractors. She has created strong relationships with key partners to commission and develop services closer to home and implemented demand management strategies to reduce avoidable admissions. She also led the development of unscheduled care services across Sheffield providing coherence across primary, secondary and social care.
