We have aimed to create a flexible and responsive team which is integrated with and dispersed across the community in the East of England.Led by Susannah Howard, who has significant experience and credibility both on local and national platforms, our team consists of programme and project specialists who have credible track records in delivering tangible outcomes.Our staff are trained to practitioner standard in PRINCE2 and MSP (project management and programme management qualifications).
Lou Brewster- Senior Improvement Lead
Lou Brewster has worked in Health & Social Care settings for over 25 years. Originally trained as a nurse, she has worked in both clinical and managerial roles within the NHS. It was whilst working within a large Mental Health Trust as Assistant Director of Nursing, leading on practice development, that Lou discovered her passion for service Improvement and ensuring Service Users and Carers are actively involved in designing services to meet their needs.
She joined the Eastern Development Centre in 2003 as the Service Improvement Lead with responsibility for the Choose & Book Programme and Acute Care Lead in Mental Health. From 2006 - 2009 she was the Eastern Region lead for implementation of The Mental Capacity Act 2005 and The Mental Health Act 2007.
Lou has completed an extensive variety of training including a BSc in Mental Health, a national leadership programme and Tools & Techniques in service redesign. She is a PRINCE 2 and MSP Practitioner.
Lou has a proven record of successful project and programme management, her advanced skills in facilitation, human change management and influencing skills ensure all stakeholders are engaged and motivated to make improvements a reality. Blessed with a combination of creative ability, practical approach and a great sense of humour she has the ability to make complex and often challenging projects less arduous for organisations.

Roz Rospopa- Senior Improvement Lead
Roz joined the NHS in 1981 working clinically as a Mental health Nurse in the field of adult mental health and a cross section of Child and Adolescent Mental health services before moving into managerial and leadership roles including a PCT Professional Executive Committee role.
Roz has worked as part of the Development Centre team since 2005 as part of the joint Department of Health/ Department of Children Schools and Families funded CAMHS programme. In her role as CAMHS RDW for the East of England Roz carries the National team lead for Participation in CAMHS and is passionate about developing integrated systems which work effectively to both hear and respond to the needs of Children, Young people and their families.
As a qualified PRINCE 2 and MSP Practitioner Roz has delivered a number of successful projects and programmes across the Children's Services agenda including workforce, pathway development and service review.
As Portfolio Manager Roz has scope to influence the commissioning structure both in health and local authorities and to work across the Children's network of provider services including the voluntary sector and schools and with young people to support the development of a Comprehensive CAMHS within Integrated Children's Services. Roz works closely with the EoE Children's Programme Board; the regional integrated governance structure for Children to which the Regional Children in Mind Board is accountable.
