Vision, Mission and Values

The overall vision for Enable East is captured in our slogan ‘Making Improvements Actually Happen’ which we aim to deliver through our mission to be:

• a centre of excellence in project and programme management in health and social care
• an effective, value for money resource supporting health and social care organisations in the east of England and beyond

The values and culture of the Enable East team are in our view our biggest asset and are immediately apparent to anyone encountering our team. It is often difficult to put these things into words but we would describe our values as being:
