Lesley Cave

Lesley had a 26 year long NHS career, commencing as a Clinician and cumulating with her final 2 years as a Programme Director working for five Chairmen and Chief Executives across a whole Health Economy ensuring the probity of decision making for a major change programme, whilst maintaining the oversight and governance of each statutory organisation through regular contributions to their Boards and an oversight Board. 

Lesley has excellent business and organisational skills. She has a breadth of experience and knowledge that provides expertise in Objective External Review and Advice; Procurement, Commissioning and Contracting; Internal and External Stakeholder Partnerships; Clinical Pathway (re)design including investment and divestment; Recruitment; Organisational Development including Coaching, Mentoring,  Facilitation, Action Learning Sets and Training; Complaints, Investigation & Resolution; Programme & Project Management; Governance (Corporate, Clinical & Quality) advice/support.
