Ian Moore

Experienced in managing both programmes and projects within the NHS, Ian has taken two major and some smaller projects through the full life-cycle, although the nature of the contract role has meant that much of his recent work has been involved with initiation of both programmes and projects before handing over to an NHS successor.  Ian is used to handling multiple projects either at a programme level or with a portfolio of projects.

Regularly working with Trust Boards and Senior Clinicians, he is sensitive to “political” issues both within individual organisations and the wider NHS/CfH community.

A good communicator, who is sympathetic to those involved in the process of change but still able to put his point across and make things happen. He is used to writing policy papers, and to preparing  cases.  Able to prepare training material and to put it across either as a formal presentation, or on a one to one basis.  An experienced manager of people and of other resources.
