Gary Peverley

Gary has worked within the NHS for nearly two years within the provider sector and more recently at Enable East's predecessor, the Eastern Development Centre, where he has managed the financial performance of the business and a team covering human resources, information technology, commercial management and facilities.

He is a qualified chartered management accountant and honours graduate with post-qualification experience in a diverse range of businesses and industries, ranging from global companies to small charities and housing associations.He has strong business planning and financial reporting experience as well as budgeting, investment appraisal and technical accounting experience. Most of his time has been working alongside operational teams in a project-led environment.

Gary demonstrates a proactive approach to solving issues, is able to present complex financial information in a clear and concise way and has wide ranging experience of resourcing and people management issues in complex and constantly changing business environments. He enjoys building and managing relationships with external partners that add value to the business.

Outside of work Gary enjoys walking, cycling, tennis, gardening and music. He is an active member of a local church and charity as part of the leadership team with responsibility for the Worship Group and, previously, finances.
