Donna Gilmour

Donna is an experienced project manager with both private and public sector experience. Originally from a financial services background, she has focused on business and sales/marketing projects for over 10 years, and has worked with multidisciplinary teams across different UK and international locations.  She has been instrumental in ensuring processes, procedures and templates have been set up, reviewed and implemented in the different workplaces she has worked in.

Donna has experience working on the whole project lifecycle from feasibility, scoping deliverables through to project closedown. Her financial services background has provided her with a pro-active and thorough approach to project management, as well as the ability to view the project and overarching program as a whole. She has strong relationship management skills as well as business analysis and is accustomed to working with people/teams across different locations on a national and international level.
