Achieving Excellence in Project Management in Health & Social Care

On the 3-5^th October 2011, Enable East welcomed Professor David A. Shore from the Harvard University School of public health to the Hilton Hotel at Stansted Airport, where he led our three day flagship course “Achieving Excellence - in Project Management in Health and Social care – ensuring delivery actually happens” 

The unique course aimed at those working in project and programme management in the NHS, health or social care gave an unrivalled opportunity to learn everything about project management in the public sector that you can’t learn from Prince2.

Alongside Professor Shore, Enable East welcomed other world class speakers;

The very successful three day course provided delegates with the chance to learn from the experiences and knowledge of our guest speakers through a variety of interactive workshops and presentations, including interactive voting, designing a service and even wedding planning.

Upon the success of ‘Achieving Excellence’ Enable East is eager to provide the learning outcomes and presentations for the use of our delegates and their colleagues in the hope that this will encourage the use and implementation of these skills after the course has ended- ‘ensuring that delivery actually happens’.
