Enable East is an innovative, independent NHS team that assists other health and social care organisations to deliver effective projects and measureable improvements. A 'common sense' alternative to commercial management consultants, Enable East offers a safe pair of hands and a fresh pair of eyes at competitive NHS rates.
We are working with a broad range of public sector organisations across the East of England, in other parts of the country and also overseas. Current projects include work commissioned by NHS provider trusts, PCTs and clinical commissioning groups, local authorities, regional agencies and charities.
